Law of Succession

In the area of succession law, we provide advice on the structuring of wills and contracts of inheritance, disputes over communities of heirs, questions over forced heirship, and the planning of corporate succession. We also represent clients in disputes over certificates of inheritance and the administration of estates.

In most cases, the laws governing succession do not suitably cater for a party's own wishes and intentions. For this reason, it is advisable to consider as early as possible the question of how one's estate is to be distributed in the event of death. Timely action enables the consideration of numerous options.

We demonstrate our particular competence in this field not only through our presentational skills, but also through numerous additional qualifications and training, as well as our membership of the Succession Group of the German Lawyers' Association.
